I have just posted version 1.2 of Magnify.

This creates a window that follows the mouse around showing what is under the pointer zoomed 2, 4 or 8 times.

The improvements are that it can now be turned on and off simply by double clicking on the system-tray icon. It also now shows the colour code in decimal as well as hex.
